The Lost Precursor City is an ancient Precursor facility located beneath an abandoned research rig used by the Aeropans. The rig was built over strange formations, which were later revealed to be the Precursor facility. The facility contains the Eco Core, a device central to the world's Eco balance. When Keira tries to fix the Eco Core, she activates an energy discharge that kills Klout and stuns Skyheed. The facility is the site of the final confrontation, where Phoenix sacrifices himself by flying the Phantom Blade between the Eco Core and the Behemoth to prevent them from draining the Core. After Skyheed is defeated, Keira activates the Eco Core, which channels energy to Eco Vents around the world, ending the Eco shortage and reducing storm and quake activity. Keira sees that one vent flows out beyond the Brink, prompting her, Jak, and Daxter to investigate.

The Eco Seeker pointed to the abandoned research rig. Jak, Daxter, Keira, and Phoenix flew there, discovering the rig was built over strange formations—an ancient Precursor facility. Inside, they found the Eco Core. Keira tried to fix it. Suddenly, Phoenix's right-hand man Klout arrived with Skyheed, revealing Klout had been paid off. Skyheed ordered everyone killed except Jak, wanting to study his control over Dark Eco. Keira activated an energy discharge from the Eco Core. The Eco radiation killed Klout and stunned Skyheed while Jak, Daxter, Keira, and Phoenix escaped. Later, during the final confrontation at the Eco Core, the Phantom Blade disabled the shields surrounding the Behemoth. Jak destroyed the weapon systems and Eco Crystals. Phoenix then flew the Phantom Blade between the Eco Core and Behemoth to prevent them from draining the Core, sacrificing himself. Keira installed a Light Eco Beam in the Hellcat to finish the Behemoth, destroying Skyheed and the Aeropans. With Aeropa defeated, the balance of Eco was restored. Keira activated the Eco Core, which channeled energy to Eco Vents around the world, ending the Eco shortage and reducing storm and quake activity. She saw one vent flow out beyond the Brink, and she, Jak, and Daxter decided to investigate.
